Measurement and evaluation of energy saving effects

Summaries the methods of determining energy saving effects of existing building retrofit at home and analyses their shortcomings. Presents the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol adopted widely abroad, and explains in detail four measurement and verification (M & V) methods in the protocol. Combining the M & V methods, puts forward some key technologies for standardizing energy saving retrofit, including improving measurement and inspection standard and developing a scientific engineering calculation method, etc.
